Biography
Scott Shepherd is an American film, theatre and television actor. He began his career in theatre and has performed with The Wooster Group. He is also known for his work as narrator in the Elevator Repair Service production of Gatz, for which he received an Obie Award.
Shepherd's film roles include Hoffman in Bridge of Spies (2015), Director of National Intelligence Edwin Russell in Jason Bourne (2016), Casey in El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019) and Byron Burkhart in Killers of the Flower Moon (2023). On television he has appeared in The Young Pope (2016) as Cardinal Dussolier, True Detective (2019) and The Last of Us (2023). He made his film debut in Throwing Down (1995) and had an early supporting role as an NYPD Detective in Side Effects (2013).
