Biography
Sean Daniel is an American film producer and executive. He graduated from Manhattan's High School of Music & Art in 1969 and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film from the California Institute of the Arts in 1973.
He joined Universal Pictures in 1976 and became the studio's youngest production president in 1985. Later he formed The Sean Daniel Company and, with James Jacks, Alphaville Films. His producing credits include Tombstone (1993), Dazed and Confused (1993), The Mummy (1999), The Mummy Returns (2001), The Scorpion King (2002), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008), The Mummy (2017) and Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019). He has also served as executive producer on series including The Witcher (2019).
