Biography
Sophie Rundle is an English actress. She trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 2011 with a BA in Acting. She made her screen debut in the 2007 film Small Town Folk.
Rundle is best known for playing Ada Shelby (later Thorne) in the BBC series Peaky Blinders (2013–2022) and the 2026 film Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. Her other television roles include Ann Walker in Gentleman Jack (2019–2022), Vicky Budd in Bodyguard (2018), Lucy in The Bletchley Circle (2012–2014), Alice in Jamestown (2017–2019) and DC Joanna Marshall in After the Flood (2024–2026). Film credits include Great Expectations (2012) and The Midnight Sky (2020). She is the partner of actor Matt Stokoe.
