Biography
Terence A. Clegg is a British film producer and production manager. Born on 2 December 1937 in Sheffield, Yorkshire, he began his career in the 1960s and 1970s in assistant director and location management roles.
His early credits include location manager on A Clockwork Orange (1971) and production manager on Barry Lyndon (1975) and A Bridge Too Far (1977). He later advanced to producer positions, serving as producer on Gandhi (1982) and co-producer on Out of Africa (1985). Clegg produced Gorillas in the Mist (1988) and acted as executive producer or in charge of production on films including Chaplin (1992), Shadowlands (1993) and The Jackal (1997).
