Biography
Tom Vaughan is a Scottish television and film director. Born on 5 September 1969 in Glasgow, he studied drama at the University of Bristol before moving to London to begin his career with short films and television work.
He directed two episodes of the ITV comedy drama Cold Feet in 1999 and an episode of the HBO series Big Love in 2007. His feature films include Starter for 10 (2006), What Happens in Vegas (2008), Extraordinary Measures (2010), So Undercover (2012) and Some Kind of Beautiful (2014). Other television credits encompass He Knew He Was Right (2004), Doctor Foster (2015), Victoria (2016), The Flight Attendant (2020) and A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (2024). He has received BAFTA nominations for his work.
