Biography
Wendy Nottingham is a British actress. She has appeared in several films directed by Mike Leigh, including Topsy-Turvy (1999) as Helen Lenoir, Secrets & Lies (1996) and Vera Drake (2004).
Her other film credits include Notes on a Scandal (2006) as Elaine Clifford, Babel (2006), Atonement (2007) as Mrs Jarvis and Asteroid City (2023) as Conrad Earp's Secretary. On television she has played Mary in Peaky Blinders (2013–2016) and Mrs Crabb in Mr Selfridge (2013–2016). She has also worked extensively in theatre, including the role of Susan in Mike Leigh's Abigail's Party at Hampstead Theatre.
