Biography

Zoë E. Bell is a New Zealand stuntwoman and actress. Born on 17 November 1978 on Waiheke Island, she began her career performing stunts in New Zealand productions including Xena: Warrior Princess, where she doubled for Lucy Lawless.

Bell performed stunts for Uma Thurman in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill films. Tarantino later cast her to play herself in Death Proof (2007). She has taken acting roles in his subsequent films, including Django Unchained (2012), The Hateful Eight (2015) as Six-Horse Judy, and Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood (2019). Other credits include Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013), Oblivion (2013) and the series Lost (2004).
