Biography

Arthur Albert (born Arturo Albert) is a Venezuelan-born American cinematographer and television director. Born on 9 July 1946 in Caracas, Venezuela, he was educated at New Hampton School and Columbia University.

He has worked as director of photography on feature films including Night of the Comet (1984), Happy Gilmore (1996), Beverly Hills Ninja (1997) and Saving Silverman (2001). In television he has served as cinematographer on series such as The Wonder Years, ER, The Blacklist, Breaking Bad (three episodes) and Better Call Saul (20 episodes across the first two seasons). He has also directed episodes of The Wonder Years, ER and The Gates.
