Biography
Colin Bucksey (born 1946) is a British-American film and television director. Born in Camberwell, London, he began directing in the 1970s with episodes of British series including Crown Court, Armchair Thriller, Educating Marmalade and Bergerac.
Bucksey later worked extensively in American television, directing episodes of Miami Vice, NCIS, Breaking Bad (2009–2012), House, Person of Interest, Elementary, Better Call Saul, The Man in the High Castle, The Sinner and The Great. He directed two episodes of Fargo (2014), winning a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Directing for a Miniseries, Movie, or a Dramatic Special for 'Buridan's Ass'.
He also directed the television films Blue Money (1985) and Dealers (1989). Bucksey was married to producer Verity Lambert from 1973 to 1987 and has been married to Sally Bucksey since 1988; they have two children.
