Biography
Ben Daniels is an English actor. Born on 10 June 1964 in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, he trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) after developing an interest in drama at school and studying at Stratford College.
He began his career in British theatre and received an Olivier Award for Best Supporting Actor for All My Sons (2001), along with earlier nominations for Never the Sinner (1991) and other productions. On screen he has appeared in supporting roles in films including Beautiful Thing (1996) as Tony, Doom (2005) and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016). Television credits include House of Cards (2013), The Crown (2016) and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022).
