Ben Lester is a British film and television editor. He was born on 16 March 1978 in London, England.

Lester edited the BBC–AMC series The Night Manager (2016), for which he won the BAFTA Television Craft Award for Editing: Fiction. His other credits include episodes of Black Mirror (2016) and the Netflix film Bird Box (2018). He has also worked on Nine Perfect Strangers (2021), The Undoing (2020) and Love & Death (2023).
