Biography
Bob Ducsay is an American film editor, producer and screenwriter. He has edited many films directed by Stephen Sommers, including The Mummy (1999) and The Mummy Returns (2001), and has also served as producer on some of Sommers' projects.
Ducsay has edited all of Rian Johnson's films since Looper (2012), including Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017), Knives Out (2019), Glass Onion (2022) and Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery (2025). He edited episodes of the series Poker Face (2023).
He graduated from St Brendan High School in Miami, Florida, in 1980 and attended film school. Ducsay won the Saturn Award for Best Editing for Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Knives Out.
