Biography
Carol Flint is an American television writer and producer. She studied at New College of Florida and began her writing career in the late 1970s. Her early credits include episodes of China Beach (1988–1991) and L.A. Law (1991).
She joined the writing and producing staff of ER in 1994, serving as co-executive producer and executive producer. Flint created and executive produced the series Earth 2 (1994–1995). From 2003 to 2005 she worked as consulting producer, supervising producer and writer on The West Wing, contributing five episodes including "Jefferson Lives" and "No Exit".
Her other credits include writing for The Unit (2006), story for the film Duma (2005), and producing and writing on Royal Pains (2009–2016). She has received one Primetime Emmy Award and multiple nominations, primarily for her work on ER.
