Biography
Chris Palermo is an American stunt performer and actor. Born in Los Angeles, California, he specialises in vehicle stunts and has more than twenty years of experience in the field.
He has performed stunts or served as a stunt driver on films including Iron Man (2008), The Hangover (2009), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), The Dark Knight Rises (2012), Thor: The Dark World (2013), Jurassic World (2015), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016), Black Panther (2018) and Ford v Ferrari (2019). He also played the character Del in Live Free or Die Hard (2007).
Palermo won the California Rally Championship G2 and the Rally America Southwest Championship G2 in 2009, and was named California Rally Series Rookie of the Year. He has received Screen Actors Guild Awards for outstanding performance by a stunt ensemble in a motion picture for Star Trek (2009) and Jason Bourne (2016), along with multiple nominations in the same category.
