Biography
Claire Dodgson is a British-American film editor. She is a graduate of the National Film and Television School in the United Kingdom.
Her early credits include second assistant editor on Corpse Bride (2005) and first assistant editor on Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009). She later edited several animated features for Illumination, including The Lorax (2012), Minions (2015), Despicable Me 3 (2017) and Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022). She was nominated for an ACE Eddie Award for Despicable Me 3 and is an elected member of the American Cinema Editors.
Dodgson has also edited the live-action film Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (2022) and worked as an editor on the children's series Charlie and Lola (2006–2007).
