Biography
David Pollock is a television writer and producer. He frequently collaborated with Elias Davis over several decades, beginning with radio comedy and moving into variety and sitcom writing.
Their credits include episodes of The Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970), All in the Family (1971), MASH (1972; they contributed to the 1983 series finale "Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen"), Cheers (1982), Growing Pains (1985) and Frasier (1993). Pollock also served as a producer on Frasier and other series, and received a Primetime Emmy Award. He later wrote the book Bob and Ray, Keener Than Most Persons* (2013).
