Biography

Edward R. Pressman was an American film producer. Born Edward Rambach Pressman in New York City on 11 April 1943, he founded the Edward R. Pressman Film Corporation.

His credits include Reversal of Fortune (1990) and Bad Lieutenant (1992). He produced or executive-produced numerous other films, among them Wall Street (1987), The Crow (1994), American Psycho (2000) and Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010). Pressman worked repeatedly with director Oliver Stone and supported early films by Terrence Malick, Brian De Palma and Kathryn Bigelow.

He died in Los Angeles on 17 January 2023. In 1983 he married actress Annie McEnroe.
