Biography
Frank Adonis (born Frank Testaverde Scioscia) was an American actor. Born in Brooklyn, New York, on 27 October 1935, he died in Las Vegas, Nevada, on 26 December 2018.
He appeared in numerous films, often in supporting gangster roles. His credits include Patsy in Raging Bull (1980), Anthony Stabile in GoodFellas (1990), Rocky in Casino (1995), Frankie in True Romance (1993) and Vinnie in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994). He also had roles in Wall Street (1987), King of New York (1990), Bad Lieutenant (1992) and Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999), and made a guest appearance in The Sopranos (1999). Adonis directed the 1998 film One Deadly Road.
