Biography
Frankie Muniz is an American actor and professional stock car racing driver. Born Francisco James Muniz IV on 5 December 1985 in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey, he rose to prominence playing the title character in the Fox sitcom Malcolm in the Middle (2000–2006).
After the series ended, Muniz largely stepped away from acting to pursue a career in motor racing, competing in series including the Atlantic Championship and later the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. He has also appeared in films such as Agent Cody Banks (2003) and Big Fat Liar (2002).
In 2026, Muniz reprised the role of Malcolm in the four-episode revival series Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair, which follows the character as an adult.
