Hervé Schneid is a French film editor born on 12 May 1956 in Paris. He has edited the majority of the feature films directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, beginning with their debut Delicatessen (1991).

Schneid won the César Award for Best Editing for Delicatessen. His other credits include Orlando (1992), The City of Lost Children (1995), Alien Resurrection (1997), Amélie (2001), A Very Long Engagement (2004) and Mesrine: Killer Instinct (2008).
