Biography
James Foster is a production designer and art director. He began his career in the art department on films including Children of Men (2006) before progressing to art direction roles.
As production designer he has worked on the Black Mirror episode 'Nosedive' (2016), for which he won a Royal Television Society Craft & Design Award, as well as the series Will (2017), Warrior (2020), Resident Evil (2022) and Halo (2024). His art direction credits include Skyfall (2012), Sherlock Holmes (2009), Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011), Quantum of Solace (2008), Clash of the Titans (2010), World War Z (2013) and Beauty and the Beast (2017).
