Biography
Jamie Demetriou is an English comedian, actor and screenwriter. He was born on 1 November 1987 in London and studied at the University of Bristol.
He created, co-wrote and starred as the title character in the Channel 4 sitcom Stath Lets Flats (2018–2021), for which he won three BAFTA Television Awards in 2020. He is also known for his role as Bus Rodent in Fleabag (2016).
His film roles include the Professor in Paddington 2 (2017), Gerald in Cruella (2021), a Mattel executive in Barbie (2023) and the voice of Chester in Strays (2023). He has a sister, comedian and actress Natasia Demetriou, with whom he frequently collaborates.
