Biography
Kim Newton is a television writer and producer. She wrote two episodes of The X-Files during its third season (1995–1996): Revelations and Quagmire.
Her other writing credits include episodes of Cold Case (2003–2004), Las Vegas (2004–2008), In Plain Sight (2010), The Glades (2011), The Blacklist (2017) and Gotham (2017). She has also worked as a producer on several of these series, including The Blacklist and Gotham.
Earlier in her career Newton contributed to NYPD Blue and New York Undercover. Her time on The X-Files was her first staff writing position.
