Biography
Peter Markle is an American film and television director and screenwriter. He has directed episodes of series including The X-Files (1993), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000), CSI: Miami (2002), ER (1994), Burn Notice (2007), Medium (2005), Cold Case (2003), Numb3rs (2005), Millennium (1996) and Without a Trace (2002).
His feature film credits include Hot Dog… The Movie (1984), Youngblood (1986), Bat21 (1988) and Wagons East (1994). He also directed the television films Flight 93 (2006) and Faith of My Fathers (2005). Markle was born on 24 September 1952 in Danville, Pennsylvania.
He married actress Melinda Culea in 1996.
