Biography
Laurie MacDonald is an American film producer. Born on 19 December 1953, she began her career as a documentary and news producer before moving into feature films at Columbia Pictures.
She is married to producer Walter F. Parkes. Together they helped establish DreamWorks SKG and later founded the production company Parkes + MacDonald. Their credits include Men in Black (1997), Men in Black II (2002), The Ring (2002), The Terminal (2004), Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007), Flight (2012) and Men in Black 3 (2012), as well as executive producer roles on Gladiator (2000) and Catch Me If You Can (2002).
