Biography
Mark Yoshikawa is a film and television editor. He graduated from the Film Studies department at UC Santa Barbara and worked as an assistant editor for over a decade before becoming a lead editor.
Yoshikawa has edited several films directed by Terrence Malick, including The New World (2005) and The Tree of Life (2011). He has worked extensively with director Francis Lawrence on The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 (2014), The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 (2015) and The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes (2023). His television credits include episodes of Westworld (2016) and Succession (2018), as well as The Long Walk (2025). He is a member of the American Cinema Editors.
