Biography
Michael Duggan is a television writer and producer. He began his career in production on Hill Street Blues in 1981 before writing for St. Elsewhere (1982) and Law & Order (1990).
He worked as a writer and producer on Miami Vice (1984), contributing teleplays, stories and episodes. Duggan later served as supervising producer on Law & Order and created the series Earth 2 (1994). He has also written and executive produced episodes of Millennium (1996) and Grimm (2011).
In addition to his television work, Duggan wrote, produced and directed the feature film The Fk-It List (2020). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination.
