Biography
Nicholas Monsour is an American film and television editor born on 12 September 1980 in Los Angeles, California. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has worked in non-profit media production and video editing.
Monsour has edited feature films including Keanu (2016), Us (2019), Nope (2022), Next Goal Wins (2023) and Nickel Boys (2024). His television credits include episodes of Key & Peele, The Twilight Zone (2019), Cobra Kai (2018) and Colin in Black & White (2021).
For his work on Key & Peele, Monsour received a 2016 Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Picture Editing for Variety Programming, shared with Richard LaBrie, Neil Mahoney and Stevie Waichulis.
