Biography
Nick Frost is an English actor, comedian and screenwriter. Born Nicholas John Frost on 28 March 1972, he is known for his frequent collaborations with Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright.
He appeared as Mike Watt in the television series Spaced (1999–2001) and played Ed in Shaun of the Dead (2004), PC Danny Butterman in Hot Fuzz (2007) and Andrew Knightley in The World's End (2013). Frost co-wrote and starred as Clive Gollings in Paul (2011).
In 2025 he played Gobber the Belch in the live-action film How to Train Your Dragon. He is cast as Rubeus Hagrid in the HBO television adaptation of the Harry Potter series.
