Biography

Steve Yedlin is an American cinematographer. He studied at the USC School of Cinematic Arts and has been a member of the American Society of Cinematographers since 2015.

He is best known for his long collaboration with director Rian Johnson, beginning with Brick (2005) and continuing through The Brothers Bloom (2008), Looper (2012), Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017), Knives Out (2019), Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery (2022) and Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery (2025). He also served as cinematographer on the series Poker Face (2023). Other credits include May (2002), San Andreas (2015) and Carrie (2013).
