Biography
Sylvain White is a French film and television director and screenwriter. He attended the University of La Sorbonne before earning a scholarship to Pomona College in California, where he graduated with honours in film production and media studies.
White began his career with award-winning short films, music videos and commercials. He made his feature debut with Stomp the Yard (2007) and went on to direct The Losers (2010), The Mark of the Angels (2013) and Slender Man (2018). He has directed episodes of numerous television series, including Person of Interest (2013–2014), The Americans (2017–2018), Fargo (2020–2023), The Umbrella Academy and For All Mankind.
