Biography
Bob Peterson is an American animator, screenwriter, director and voice actor. He joined Pixar in 1994 and has contributed to numerous films as a story artist, supervisor and writer. He voiced Roz in Monsters, Inc. (2001) and Monsters University (2013).
Peterson co-directed and co-wrote Up (2009), in which he also voiced Dug and Alpha, and wrote the screenplay for Finding Nemo (2003), for which he received an Academy Award nomination. He has provided additional voices in films including The Incredibles (2004), Cars (2006) and Toy Story 3 (2010). Born in Wooster, Ohio, he studied mechanical engineering at Ohio Northern University and Purdue University before working in computer graphics.
