Biography
Brannon Braga is an American television producer, director and screenwriter. He began his career as an intern on Star Trek: The Next Generation in 1990 and later served as a producer on the series. He went on to work as a writer and producer on Star Trek: Voyager and co-created Star Trek: Enterprise with Rick Berman, serving as executive producer through its run.
Braga co-wrote the screenplays for the films Star Trek: Generations (1994) and Star Trek: First Contact (1996) with Ronald D. Moore; he also contributed the story for Mission: Impossible II (2000). He has served as executive producer and writer on series including 24, Terra Nova, The Orville and Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey (2014), the latter earning him a Peabody Award, a Critics' Choice Award and a Producers Guild of America Award. Braga has received three Primetime Emmy Award nominations.
