Biography
Erica Lee is a film producer and Partner and President of Production at Thunder Road Films in Santa Monica, California. She has worked at the company for over twenty years, rising from assistant roles to partner in 2021.
Lee has produced all four films in the John Wick series, including John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023). Her other credits include Monkey Man (2024), Ballerina (2025), Sicario: Day of the Soldado (2018), Wind River (2017) and Kandahar (2023). In 2024 she co-launched the Badlands genre label with Thunder Road and Scott Strauss.
