Biography

Igor Martinović is a New York-based cinematographer whose work spans feature films, television series and documentaries. He served as director of photography on the Academy Award-winning documentary Man on Wire (2008) and on series including House of Cards (2013) and The Night Of (2016).

Martinović has collaborated frequently with director Errol Morris on projects such as Wormwood (2017), The Pigeon Tunnel (2023) and Jim Henson: Idea Man (2024). He shot episodes of Black Rabbit (2025) and has also directed episodes of series including The Outsider (2020).

He won an American Society of Cinematographers Award for The Night Of (2017) and has received multiple Primetime Emmy nominations, including for House of Cards, What Happened, Miss Simone? (2015) and George & Tammy (2022–2023).
