Biography
James Lance is an English actor. He trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and began his career in the late 1980s.
He is known for roles in British comedy series including Ben in the first series of I'm Alan Partridge (1997) and Matt in Saxondale (2006). Other television appearances include Spaced (1999), The Book Group (2002–2003), Teachers (2002–2004), Black Mirror (2011), Being Human (2009) and Midsomer Murders (various). Film credits include Marie Antoinette (2006), Bronson (2009) and Bel Ami (2012). He played Trent Crimm in Ted Lasso (2020–).
Lance has also appeared in Moving Wallpaper, Boy Meets Girl and No Heroics.
