Biography
Jena Malone is an American actress and musician. Born on 21 November 1984 in Sparks, Nevada, she began her career as a child actor and made her film debut in Bastard Out of Carolina (1996).
She is known for roles including Gretchen Ross in Donnie Darko (2001), Lydia Bennet in Pride & Prejudice (2005), Carine McCandless in Into the Wild (2007), Johanna Mason in the Hunger Games film series (2013–2015), and more recent parts as Beth in Love Lies Bleeding (2024) and Ellen Harvey in Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1 (2024). She is also credited as Claire Cooper in the series The Boroughs (2026). Malone has released music under her own name and as part of the duo The Shoe.
