Biography
Jennifer Crittenden is an American screenwriter and producer. She began her career as an intern on the Late Show with David Letterman and was hired as a writer on The Simpsons after completing a beginners' writing programme at 20th Century Fox, where she wrote five episodes between 1995 and 1997. She joined the writing staff of Seinfeld for its final two seasons from 1996, contributing several episodes.
Crittenden has written for Everybody Loves Raymond, The Drew Carey Show, The New Adventures of Old Christine, Arrested Development and Veep. She co-wrote the screenplay for the 2011 film What's Your Number? and has received two Humanitas Prizes and multiple Emmy Award nominations, including for Outstanding Comedy Series.
