Biography
Kadiff Kirwan is a British-Montserratian actor. He was born on 3 February 1989 in Plymouth, Montserrat, and moved with his family to Preston, Lancashire, after the 1995 Soufrière Hills volcanic eruption. He trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating in 2011.
Kirwan began his career in theatre, appearing in productions including HOME at the National Theatre (2013–14) and work at the Donmar Warehouse and The Old Vic. On screen he is known for roles in Chewing Gum (2015–17), Fleabag (2016 and 2019), Black Mirror (2011), Slow Horses (2022–), The Stranger (2020) and Death in Paradise (2011). His film credits include Pokémon Detective Pikachu (2019), Mary Queen of Scots (2018) and My Policeman (2022).
Recent and forthcoming work includes Supergirl (2026) as Bomar Vran, Ladies First (2026) and Doctor Who (2025).
