Biography
Myron I. Kerstein is an American film editor. Born on 15 August 1970 in Oceanside, California, he has worked on a range of feature films and television series since the late 1990s.
He is known for his collaborations with director Jon M. Chu on Crazy Rich Asians (2018), In the Heights (2021), Wicked (2024) and Wicked: For Good (2025). Other credits include Garden State (2004), The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (2008), Little Fockers (2010), Going in Style (2017) and tick, tick... BOOM! (2021).
Kerstein received Academy Award nominations for Best Film Editing for tick, tick... BOOM! (2022) and Wicked (2025). He has also won two American Cinema Editors Eddie Awards.
