Biography
Philip Carr Neel is an American editor and producer. He has worked extensively in television, with editing credits on series including Moonlighting (1985), Homeland (2011), Boston Legal (2004) and Law & Order (1990). He has also held producing roles, including as associate producer on Twin Peaks (1990) and Law & Order: Organized Crime (2021).
Neel was born in San Mateo, California. He has been married to Cynthia Adorian Shaha since 1979 and they have three children. He has received multiple Emmy nominations for his editing work and several Eddie Award wins and nominations from the American Cinema Editors.
