Biography
Ryan Case is an American television director and editor. She studied at New York University Film School and began her career in post-production, working as an editor on series including Carpoolers and the pilot of Modern Family (2009).
Case won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Comedy Series for her work on the Modern Family pilot. She has since directed episodes of numerous comedy series, including Modern Family, Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013), black-ish (2014), Superstore (2015), Atypical (2017) and Miracle Workers (2019). She was named one of Glamour Magazine's Top 35 Women Under 35 in Hollywood.
