Biography
Tim Guinee is an American stage, television and film actor. He was born in Los Angeles and raised in Illinois and Texas. He trained at the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
Guinee made his feature film debut in Tai-Pan (1986). He is known for roles including Major Allen in Iron Man (2008) and Iron Man 2 (2010), and recurring appearances in series such as Homeland, Hell on Wheels (as Collis Huntington) and The Punisher (as Clay Wilson). He played Rick 'Wrecking Ball' Jarvis in the 2025 Netflix series The Beast in Me.
He is married to playwright Daisy Foote, daughter of screenwriter Horton Foote.
