Biography
Anna B. Sheppard is a Polish costume designer. Born Anna Biedrzycka on 18 January 1946 in Żyrardów, she trained in architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw before moving to London.
She is known for her work on Schindler's List (1993), The Pianist (2002), Inglourious Basterds (2009), Captain America: The First Avenger (2011), Maleficent (2014), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Bob Marley: One Love (2024). She has also designed for the television series Band of Brothers (2001).
Sheppard received Academy Award nominations for Best Costume Design for Schindler's List, The Pianist and Maleficent. She is the sister of costume designer Magdalena Biedrzycka.
