Brian Kelly is a British television director. He directed episodes of the series Teachers (2001), Torchwood (2006) and Downton Abbey (2010).

He has also directed episodes of Outlander (2014), Dracula (2013), Poldark (2015), Stan Lee's Lucky Man (2016), Around the World in 80 Days (2021) and Grace (2021).
