Cara Seymour is an English actress. She was born on 6 January 1964 in Essex, England.
She began in stage work, including the New York Shakespeare Festival production of Caryl Churchill's The Skriker and the New York run of Mike Leigh's Ecstasy. Her screen roles include Christie in American Psycho (2000), Linda Houston in Dancer in the Dark (2000), Hell-Cat Maggie in Gangs of New York (2002), Pat Archer in Hotel Rwanda (2004), Amelia Kavan in Adaptation.
