Chloë Sevigny is an American actress. She was born on 18 November 1974 in Springfield, Massachusetts. After working as a model and appearing in music videos, she made her film debut in Kids (1995).

Sevigny received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Boys Don't Cry (1999). She appeared in films including American Psycho (2000), Dogville (2003) and Zodiac (2007). From 2006 to 2011 she played Nicolette Grant in the HBO series Big Love, winning a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2010.

Her later credits include roles in The Act (2019), Bones and All (2022), the series Poker Face (2023) as Ruby Ruin, and After the Hunt (2025) as Dr. Kim Sayers.
