Biography
Chris McKenna is an American screenwriter and television writer. He wrote for the animated series American Dad! and later for the sitcoms Community and The Mindy Project.
He frequently collaborates with Erik Sommers. Their joint feature credits include The Lego Batman Movie (2017), Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017), Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) and Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026), as well as Ghosted (2023). McKenna attended The Bishop's School in San Diego and graduated from Stanford University in 1992.
