Frank Grillo is an American actor. He was born on 8 June 1965 in New York City and graduated from New York University with a business degree.

Grillo is known for playing Brock Rumlow / Crossbones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Endgame (2019). He played Sergeant Leo Barnes in The Purge: Anarchy (2014) and The Purge: Election Year (2016), and Rick Flag Sr. in Superman (2025). His other film roles include Frank Campana in Warrior (2011) and Mike Dixon in Disconnect (2013). On television he has had a lead role in Kingdom (2014–2017) and recurring parts in Prison Break (2005–2006) and The Shield (2002–2003).
