Greg Grunberg is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Eric Weiss in the series Alias (2001–2006) and Matt Parkman in Heroes (2006–2010). He has appeared frequently in projects by his childhood friend J. J. Abrams, including as Sean Blumberg in Felicity (1998–2002).

Grunberg was born on 11 July 1966 in Los Angeles, California. His other credits include the voice of Snap Wexley in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015) and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019), as well as roles in Mission: Impossible III (2006) and A Star Is Born (2018).
